The most talked about 3 days long music festival of the year, Hey Neighbour, was kickstarted on Friday, December 8 coming to an end on Sunday, December 11 in Pretoria, South Africa. Fans came from all over South Africa and a few from neighbouring countries to see their favorites perform live.
