The iconic actor, Vusi Kunene, is set to make a return on SABC1’s Generations The Legacy reprising his role as the viewers’ favorite supervillain, Jack Mabaso!
In a media statement released by the soapie, they said after a prolonged outcry for the return of Jack Mabaso on Generations The Legacy, they decided to listen to their viewers and brought him back.

Speaking about Vusi’s return, Executive Producer of the soapie, Mfundi Vundla said, “Vusi Kunene is one of the truly great actors! He will continue to heighten the standard of entertainment television in South Africa and beyond, reminding us of the iconic status of Generations.”
Jack Mabaso will be back on our TV screens from Wednesday, the 14th of August 2024 on SABC! at 8PM during weekdays.
